Re: AN YOKOMO
That chassis looks like a Cliff Lett/AE woven chassis, the shocks are 91' the top deck is 91' the rear bulkhead has had some serious (some typical) lightening and or dirt escape holes. (I'm confused about the adjuster screw though) Looks like an 870c that had some later upgrades, like someone kept racing it past its "prime".
Re: AN YOKOMO
Is the chassis slotted for rear belt adjustment? That would be the reason for the screw in the rear bulkhead. Looks like someone engraved Works 86 on the rear bulkhead as well. I have an old mag bulkhead with the adjuster screw hole in it, i thought it was for the works chassis but then I found out that they were supposed to be alumionum so I'm not sure what the bulkhead came off of.
Nice example of an early racer though.

Re: AN YOKOMO
I took the screws out and I dont think factory made the holes.
I think they are custom made.

Re: AN YOKOMO
I think this is probably a racer's car at that time......during the transition period from 870c to 91 works.......
with the 870c legs & large off-set rims......plus the 91 works shocks, front tower & upper deck........
