well someone had to say that  .

as far as that goes the body in question might've even been bought by a member of this board thru this board and sent to TBG for a repop :|

Ok I'm lost. If I'm sending off a new OEM SRT body to someone I want the reproduction to be a near perfect match b/c from my understanding the OEM will be destroyed. Also why does the body need to be a uncut and new? Don't they just use molding paste? I have a painted SRT body that alittle beat where you mount the pole position sticker and rear tower mount. Make a paste mold and just fix the flaws. I want someone that knows they CAN have the reproduction body made...b/c the worst thing is to lose the OEM original and end up not making a reproduction. And 3TRX...I would love to get a decal sheet.

I can't answer how they do it, but I just sent out 6 for donation. I was very happy with the work they did on my coyote. They are starting the next batch of donation pours around the end of the month (a few days) so you may have to wait till the next round.

I would just email them a few detailed pictures of the body you want to send and see what they can do. I would also make sure to ask as many questions as you can before you send the body. As far as the quality goes I do have one of their bodies and can verify the quality is not bad at all. You can view it here…

SRT bodies came in. Comfirmed that the older Nitro Sport wing is exactly the same as the SRT.

Sounds good, I am still waiting to hear back from mrlexan regarding the reproduction SRT bodies. I dont think he has been on the site in about a month.

Anyways, I added new articles to the vintage Traxxas thread, so if you get bored check it out :)

Harry you might just have to put that SRT on Ebay and let us Traxxas vintage guys have at it

So Harry, were you able to get through hurricane sandy ok. From my understanding New Jersey was hit really hard. Hope all is well :)
