Here's another idea that would be easier to accomplish: you could sand off the red anodizing from the outer lip of the red wheels, then polish it. As that lip has a 90-degree angle with the part of the wheel going inwards, it would be easy to do without messing up the rest of the inner anodizing, and you'd end up with a nice, shiny polished outer rim to contrast with the red wheel interiors and chrome spinners.

And, it'd be unique because I doubt anybody has done that already.
