Question on an RC10T
I plucked a super tidy RC10T from an antiques shop over the weekend. The question I have is that it looks to have RC10 GT suspension arms. The shock towers are black also. Was this common at the end of the production run

Re: Question on an RC10T
I know about the later arms found on the GT, late 10T and T2 but if all the other parts are white plastic, I don't think the towers should be black.

Re: Question on an RC10T
I'm pretty sure it came that way with the GT arms. It was built incorrectly and maybe ran once. I'll post pics this afternoon.

Re: Question on an RC10T
End of production 10T bushing kits used all black plastics/shock towers and T2/GT arms. I have not seen an out of box Team truck with that stuff since the T2 was already released.

I thought my truck was a T2 sport when I first got it till I did more research. Mine is an all black 10T with T2 arms as well. I had all kinds of trouble figuring out why my gearing was so far off till I figured that out too.

Re: Question on an RC10T
I've seen Asso black shock towers - they seem kind of rare and then there's the molded black Duratrax for RC10t towers. The Duratrax are easy to pick out since they say Duratrax on them. Not sure which you have, either way seems pretty cool to me.
