Re: any super nintendo electonix wizards around here?
I thought you just had to blow on the cartridge to fix it...

Think you have to "tap and hold" on the area you want to copy. If you are bored of typing each character then try "Swype Keyboard". It should already be installed, or grab it from the Play store.THEYTOOKMYTHUMB wrote:I found the link, but I'm trying to figure out pasting with my new Samsung tablet.I''ll figure it out eventually. The fc twin got here in 2 days, but haven't had a chance to try it yet.
I loved the look of the SNES / NES system and prefer to play from the carts but its to hard to find games and decent controllers (at a good price!). I use my PC connected to the TV and run emulators

I'll have a little more time to play around with it tonight. It's been crazy at work since Christmas so I haven't had much time. I really like it though. I got the Samsung because we got the kid an ipad and I like the expandable memory on the Galaxy. I can just ground her from her ipad when I need to use it.fakiee wrote:Think you have to "tap and hold" on the area you want to copy. Me- What do you think you're doing young lady?!
Kid- Nothing. I'm just sitting here quietly playing a game.
Me- Are you back talkin' me! That's it you're grounded. Gimme the ipad!
Ahh, it's good to wield complete executive power.

That works for the NES but not the SNESlpddpd wrote:I thought you just had to blow on the cartridge to fix it...

Thumber, you have a pm inbound...and a scary thought is you having the 'ultimate power'.

Todd
p.s. lpddpd , if you notice a blank pm its because I pm'd this to you instead of quoting it first time around

Dip a Qtip in alcohol (rubbing, not Wild Turkey American Honey because that would be a terrible party foul) and run it along the contacts. You can do the inside of the machine as well, but be very careful not to drip it anywhere else in there.klavy69 wrote:That works for the NES but not the SNESlpddpd wrote:I thought you just had to blow on the cartridge to fix it....

Well, then just blow in it... If that doesn't work - drop back and punt.klavy69 wrote:did the 'bar' in the cartridges and along the top of the 'pin connector' top but nothing got any better...THEYTOOKMYTHUMB wrote:[Dip a Qtip in alcohol (rubbing, and run it along the contacts. I'm guessing without doing any investigating that the N64 is the '3'? If so...even more cool!

i wish it had n64.. retron 3 does nes snes and sega.. i do want to get n64 but they are like $60 used and i really just want to play 007 .. n64 turbograpfx 16 and atari 2600 are on my list for systems to get.. i have nes snes sega and ps2. maybe 1 day i will get a ps3 or xbox if its cheap.. i may just wait for the next best thing.. if the ps people were smart they would make a ps4 that plays ps1 ps2 ps3 and new ps4 games.klavy69 wrote:I'm guessing without doing any investigating that the N64 is the '3'? Re: any super nintendo electonix wizards around here?
that would be cool too. Don't have a single sega game so I'm guessing I wouldn't need to go that far
. Just wishing I wouldn't have let them sit as long as they did before trying to hook em back up again. Someday to find a nice used xbox and ps3 would be good too...always have a game or two that would be nice to mess with but just can't seem to validate the $ for a game or two.
on another hand its not as bad as a guy I know doin the rc thing who collects fullsize vintage arcade games
