t3
The $18 t3 came in the mail yesterday. It was nice opening a package with no great expectations. The epay auction also included a Futaba receiver, Airtronics servo, spare arms, brushed motor and to my suprise a RC10 diff and outdrives! None of the extras were pictured in the auction. Overall in very good condition with a few hop ups. This will be my first runner truck and will see a very, very hard life. Drive it like you stole it!!!

Re: t3
teman, it is as clean as it will ever be! I gave it a quick cleaning with compressed air. I will probably just top off the shocks and go.
I thought it was a great deal too, actually $18 + $10 shipping. I make it a point to let others know what I pay. Deals can still be had on epay.

Re: t3
You can still buy t3 bodies from associated or just purchase a thunder tiger phoenix stII body as it is a T3 clone. I will check to see if my T4 body will fit on my buddies t3 the next time he is here if you haven't gotten an answer by then.

Re: t3
Dale, Biff, thank you both. Biff, I would appreciate if you check the fit when you get a chance. I already ground down the front and rear plastic shock retainer nuts running with a body.
Good news... multiple cartwheels and no broken parts. I believe I glazed the slipper disc running the 5000 mah lipo and 4600kv brushless. 84/18 gears and the motor wasn't even warm after 30 minutes. I LIKE TRUCKS!!!

I agree... I like the looks of the T4 body as well. I am heading to the hobby store tomorrow. If I see a T4 body, I will pick one up and see how it looks on my T3.

I haven't forgot about you but the weather has been crappy here and me and my buddy haven't been able to run on my backyard track.

Re: t3
Thanks biff, no hurry no worry. I had a beater 10T body that was painted by a third grader. I painted the outside with Krylon paint for plastics. Looks better than it did and does the job for now. Let me know what you find out about the T4 fit when you can.
