Electronics, suggestons on what I am currently considering

Hello,

So I am considering the following items and was wondering for feedback on the choices, I currently have a Spektrum Dx3e that I am trying to reuse with this build if at all possible, at most I would want to do some mild club racing with it but I learned the local track doesn't have a stock buggy class...

I am looking at the following:

Reciever: Spektrum SR3500
Servo: Spektrum 6040
ESC: Novak Edge 2s
Motor: 10.5 Novak Ballistic

I still have no idea on batteries and chargers, would prefer something AC/DC as I don't want to deal with a power supply, and also questionable on the ESC as many have seemed to recommend Tekin but the cost is considerably more and I am not sure I need to be able to adjust that much

Any thoughts/opinions/or suggestions appreciated.

I have the s6040 servo and love it. I can't comment on the rest however.
