True, but I always like to present certain bands that are still going as still having a great sound, but just being a bit older. Kinda like me, except for the "great sound" part. I'm just older...

Fair enough, even though all their songs sound the same these days...........
A dude I went to grade school was their drummer for several years.

I had some flashback tunes of my own going on tonight, and then I started searching for some people and places and tunes from back in the day, while I was chowin down.

I found some forums and posts about some of the places and bars I used to frequent. Wow is all I can say.

That is what I have been doing for the past two or three hours. Got to snap out of it, kind of like getting lost in some of the odd places on youtube.

There was Whitney Houston, The Bangles, Billy Idol, Chicago, Heart, Georgia Satellites, Lisa Lisa, Samantha Fox (wOw), Huey Lewis, Europe, and some White Snake.

I t was mentioned a few pages back, but worth it.

To stick with what is playing, lets try this...

I'm down with that. 8) This was the first "CD" I ever owned. Jammed it nonstop while building my second "Hobby Grade" R/C and classic. Tamiya Thundershot! 8) Plastic bushings wore out before the CD was over...

I loves me some Van Halen. In 1994 I bought my first bank financed car. A 1988 Mercury Cougar LS (Possibly the greatest looking car in the history of the world). First song I listened to as I rolled of the lot in my first of a long series of bank funded debts:
