I don't know why exactly but this hit my funny bone. I was hurting in my sides. Have not laughed like that in years. I thought I'd share it with you all. I was looking for videos on traditional woodworking in Ireland and this came up. At first I was "you have got to be**&% me. Though the guy knows its a joke he is making money from it. Hell I might buy his book.

How many HP does it make?

I have seen the Conley V8. That would be great in a really big 5th scale. We have all seen the 1/4 scale digger project right?

That is the only one in the world and I think he wants $250,000 for it. All the casting molds for it were destroyed in a foundry fire, which is why the 427 is no more. Personally I liked the 427 more then the new 609.

I did not know it was called the 427. I have seen the the Stinger 609 in many videos.

I just watched the video, Talk about being serious with your sharp pencils. When he threw it at the wall, I cracked.

I should clarify, the viper molds were destroyed in a foundry fire. The 427 molds were also lost in the same fire.

Here's his website...

http://www.artisanalpencilsharpening.com/index.html

50 dollars gets you a artisanally sharpened pencil and a book...looks like he'll sign the book if you request it!

Would make a heck of a conversation piece

Oh, and that little Viper V10 powered pencil sharpener is awesome
