Post by rctenracer »

New out of box. With power on I am getting a error code red and green light solid. Check input signal harness. I have done that and switched out the harness . Harness is good I checked continuity and it passed. I am stuck at this point . Any sugestions before I send back to novak .

What does the manual say about that code?

Well you say you checked the signal harness, have you tried another receiver?

Have you made sure the harness is not flipped backwards on the 3 pins of the esc? With the sensor plug and harness pins facing you, the far right pin of the harness should be the signal or white wire, middle is red, left is black.

I've made this mistake before, I was super frustrated, called the manufacturer and all - only to have the kid on the phone ask me about the order of the black/white/red wires on my receiver...
