the chassis is 1/8" and the motor guard is about 3/32" or very close enough :wink:

FYI, these babies are not hollow. LOL. I cut one to length, drilled it out a bit and mounted it. It looks fantastic. I even countersunk the hole on the underside of my mount. Now it looks much cleaner.
