I like that paint job. Are those the RPM '91 front arms or 10T? Is the lexan plate on the front bulkhead there to guard against dirt hitting the dampers?

Re: Another Rc10 racer (Pic heavy)
those are dynatech front and rear arms with hex conversion with an rc10t nose
Also my little nose wing is there because the car looks goofy with no nose due to the rc10t tower. But on another note it helps with a little down force with the 7.5 in it.

Meh... There was an all black version of the RC10 Worlds car, so I think you are OK.85SILVERBULLET wrote:By the way to all the purist rc10 guys sorry about the lack of white plastic. lol

Looks like a great ride, I really like it.
My only concern is the rear wheel nuts do not have the nylon lock portion engaging the axle. I would think they would come loose easily.

that is correct I need to get a longer axle but I have not made it that far as of yet. its a stock b4 axle so I need to go from there.

Re: Another Rc10 racer (Pic heavy)
update..
On the rear axle went to a b44 rear cva shaft and went from an sc10 hex to a b4 rear hex. This solved the shaft binding at the diff and axle length for the wheel nut. Going to do some 17.5 racing and testing tonight

ive got sc10 alum hexes front and tc on rear. they are thinner should allow nylon to reach axel. also the blue locknuts are available in two heights. shorter on rear may help.

Re: Another Rc10 racer (Pic heavy)
well I ran it in the 17.5 class last night and the car was pretty good. Every little tweak seems to be making improvements. Ended up 3rd in the main but I really think I am at a disadvantage in the class due to weight. I am going to have to figure out some gearing and maybe make a rotor change to get the power up. I also am going to need to find a new stealth trans case as mine has to much slop in it near the outdrives for my taste.
