So how many different brands did this car exist under? Surely 1 version would have the correct parts to make it look like the box art. How about some fancy carbon weave shock towers if oem isn't available?

Daniel normally replies. Don't know if you be talkin about the guy you bought the one above from but think he's one of the guys over there. Most of the guys that are helpful and still active on there are over on this board now also. We're still missing a few guys from over there but most of the ones there were very helpful in the vintage section and always quick to help out. Daniel posted a rendering of your shock towers over there if that helps...

Maybe he is waiting for the 5th and 6th so he can answer all at once?

Yeah, Daniel can be finicky I guess. He answered my pms/emails almost instantly any time of the day though when I was selling my wildcat and he was in the running for it so maybe that explains his lack of reply. Yes, he went on a vintage traxxas rampage and still pry on it. He didn't get all the wildcat parts though

Yep, meaning you are not the only one trying to put together shocktowers and shocks to make it more like 'OEM'. Beat Daniel out on several auctions for awhile then ended up selling most of the excess off when I decided to sell the first one. hence, understanding why I try not to sell anything off that I might need down the road  .

well this car sure wont win beauty contest's  fixed the body up had a s-load of cracks. when the guy who i got it from bought it from france and said most of the breaks prob came from s/h. well other than that, the cars pretty complete minus the electric cover, main shaft and one output shaft for the 4x4 system. i pulled the tires off the car since they were incorrect and in poor shape and added what i was told to be the correct motor a race prep orange bell end motor. i have an orginal speed control, yellow shocks, rere rear wing sticker and tamiya hotshot tires, since they are the same only difference is the wildcat ones said "star light" tamiya ones say "super gripper". will be posting pics as i go thanks.
