My first two builds.

Post by 501sRC10 »

Here are my first two RC10 Builds. The first is an A pan that has been hammered. After cleanup tho It doesn't look that bad. I'm adding more modern electronics but staying with brushed(for cost limiting after these 2 I'll still have 3 pans). The second is a black C pan It cleaned up nice but a little too purple so I gave it a light satin black paint job. It's getting full aluminum suspension and 2.2 Alluminum wheels (DHawk) in gold still waiting for the arms and wheels and of course more modern electronics.

Current progress with be updated shortly.

Yeah I agree, I should get the wheels in a week or so and the a arms a week or two after that, It's too bad no one but a company overseas feel like making accessories for these older chassis. Those items are coming from China, I'm also getting a set of aluminum wheels for the other car as well from the same area of the world.

Got side tracked with a few other builds finally finished My black chassis and bought a body off E-bay for it (nice paint work on it but guy used the wrong paint on it, getting the holes and final trimming chipped the heck out of it).
