I'm not an expert like some of the guys on here but I think the belts are a different pitch and I think the rear hubs are different.

I had personally sent my parts out to Fiber-Lyte so that folks like you would have ready access to repro towers, chassis, etc. for the '91 and '92 Works. You're welcome ;)

There are a few differences between the '91 and '92. The '91 was the only chassis to use 2mm belts (along with the '93 WCS). The rear hub carriers are also different. The carriers on the '91 are bespoke, while the '92 carriers are the same that you'll see on the '93 Works and '94+ YZ10. The front steering knuckle on the '92 uses conventional kingpins (like the 870C and 93+ models), while the '91 "kingpins" are really just a screw with a washer. That should cover the differences, from what I recall.
