Dave's 37 Chevy Oval Racer
Hi Guys,
This is a build I started about 4 years ago, it has sat for a long time.
I modified the 6 gear cases for the RCCA magazine out-drive mod, added ASC 6614 black idlers, and
finally found a aluminum top shaft bearing plug.
I also very recently went back to RC10 short front arms and black Andys rear arms.
I dyed the 6 gear cases and front arms black.
Here are some pics, top one is the latest.
Cheers, Dave.

Hi Don,
The shell is a RJ Speed # 1017 37 Sedan Body.
I've just woken up after reading the Tower Hobbies ad it says a "generic 37 sedan body"
I will have to edit my post I think I will make it a Chevy 37 sedan

Thanks Dave, I'll have to pick one up for a future runner project. As long as it's Chevy it's all good. ![Mr. Green ](./images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)

Looks great. Any chance of getting a body off shot of the whole car? I'd love to see some full frontal. ![Mr. Green ](./images/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)

Hi Thumbs,
Top less shots as requested
Top pic is the latest one.
As you can see she's still not finished.
I have a Trinity Slot Machine brushed motor, no speedy yet.
I will use a cut down battery cup mounted on the rear tower for the speedy.
Dave.

Hi Thumbs,
Thank you very much, I am very happy with the old girl.
Next step find a Vintage Speedy, I might actually finally get to drive her.
It has been a long journey but I wouldn't have it any other way
Cheers, Dave.
