Can anyone direct me on some more info regarding these speed controls? I got two of them in a lot of parts I bought.

Check RCCA December 1991 issue page 14 (magazine page 14 not .pdf page 14). According that Zeta did do escs for truck pulling but that on the picture looks little different than yours.

It's a stock motor only esc that can handle 6 or 7 cell batteries.

At the moment of this post there is currently one for sale on eBay. Try seeing if they can answer any additional questions you may have. Heck, they might even be willing to scan or take pictures of the entire manual for you.

Good grief, it has "gain" on it!? Man, that's something we used to have on our CB radios for interference. Weird.
