Re: 870C and Hotdog build
First time i try this on my mobile...
but you get the idea. Beside the battery posts i used 4 servo posts and scrap graphite material. The servo and servo saver were swapped over from right to left
The battery top strap is missing; i havent run the car for awhile ![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)

not easy to see from this small picture. but I can't put the battery like that way on my narrow Hotdog4 ( = YR4) chassis for off road.Mr. ED wrote:First time i try this on my mobile...The battery top strap is missing; i havent run the car for awhilebut you get the idea. Re: 870C and Hotdog build
I found a better app. This should be bigger...
The chassis of the hotdog is large enough to do this, but I don't know whether the body will still fit.

It looks better with the battery in place and wiring cleaned up

1/8" thick shock towers and G10 top deck. thanks to GoMachV.
the clearance between the battery and the belt is now 2mm with the epoxy holders
