Composite Craft RC10T Factory Holes?

Composite Craft RC10T Factory Holes?

Looking for some help. Can anyone confirm whether or not the extra holes in this Composite Craft RC10T Chassis are factory made? All of the open holes with the exception of the front servo mount holes look suspect. I'm being told the chassis came this way new.
