1991 Factory Supported RC10T build
Background- in 1991 when I got my RC10T for Christmas I can't tell you how upset I was that it didn't come with a red chassis like the RCCA magazine truck. I pined for one forever. I had a couple of the Flouro Red chassis and noses and managed to hang on to one after selling the rest . This race truck will follow the young Reggie racer theme that I have been doing, and would fall right after the Blue tub 91' Worlds Car in the time-line. For the most part during the 1991 Winternationals the prototype RC10 ST's were identical aside from paint and electronics (I think Kobler might have run a green chassis), this build will be "my" RC10ST from that event-

I've been gone for a few years, some may not be familiar with the theme...so here is some of it

Here is a pic you might be interested in,
No buggys please, this is the manly truck area.
Shouldn't your 1990 privateer CE have a stealth?
Wasn't the stealth was available to the public in 1990?
Cheers, Dave.

I'm pretty sure the 90 CE was a 6 gear and the 92 CE was the stealthDaveM wrote:Here is a pic you might be interested in,

Re: 1991 Factory Supported RC10T build
Hi SiRacer,
The CE kits with the stealth may not have been available until 92.
But if the stealth was available to buy separately in 1990,
and if you are a serious privateer wouldn't you retrofit your six gear with the stealth?
The stealth is listed in,
Hobby Shop News, Hop-Up hints, 1990, page 27.
Part number, ASC6560.

I believe the stealth became available to the public in late '90. Only factory drivers had them before that.

Looks like you have too much on your plate,
You can send me the truck parts.
See in the pic, did the truck of Butch's have a fluro red chassis?
