I agree, it looks fantastic - especially for a runner. Nice job!
So, obviously the decals do cover the lexan completely. The only exception being the duct recesses just behind the front shocks. Not a big issue, really.
I've never used the soapy water trick before so this will be my first time. Actually, this could give me some valuable decal application experience as I'm also planning to stripe my 1:1 Mustang GT (aka the Shelby GT500 tribute car project) someday soon. Thanks for taking time to post your comments.

Re: Turbo Scorpion ?'s
Happy Easter everyone.
The car is finished and it's been sunny here the past couple days so I got some outdoor pics to share.
I went ahead and brush-painted the body with blue in the duct and roll-bar attachment recess areas before spraying the white. I reckon it came out okay. Also, after the decals were applied, I masked the large blue decal wrap and covered those with urethane clear to help seal the edges where the various decal pieces overlap. Hopefully, this will keep those overlapped edges from lifting over time. My sincerest thanks to everyone here for your help with this project.
I do plan to run this car so it probably will never be this clean again.

Re: Turbo Scorpion ?'s
All the talk about Kyosho pulling the plug on any future re-releases convinced me to pull the trigger on another new TS. I reckon this one will go on the shelf.
I really hate all of the uncertainty we're seeing in the RC industry these days. Just like the entertainment industry, I guess there are so many new alternatives for folks to spend their time and money (like drones for instance).
