Looks good! I recently did my first paint job in 20 years. Only one colour but it still took me 2 days

Then: Clod Buster, Yokomo YZ10, Cobra 1/12, Kawada SV10
Now: Gold pan RC10, RC28, SC28, MT28, RC28T

Do not know if this is old news for you guys, but teambluegroove has a repo HB HPI Viper body for RC10B2 on the bay now.
I think i will add one to my B2.

Finished up one... well for the self anyway! Green anodized chassis with stealth trans and white worlds rear A arms. Custom paint by me 8) , new chrome wheels and tires, custom rear shock tower with the ae engraved in it.
All lettering is painted on...

My friend had in the middle of eigtees an srb with rc10 body and rc10 servosaver. Thorp balldiff and some more mods.
This car will be an newer version of that.
Chassis is 3cm longer and it is cut välike the associated viper body.

I got it today, the bottom edge has been hacked a bit, and is molded of paper thin lexan, but should trim up ok.
Undecided if I will trim it or not.

Anyone else using Viper speed controls or motors, I've got 2 vtx10R and one vtx10R black, and i think there great, but there's not much support for them setup wise yet. The Pro Gauge setting tool is dead easy to use though. I did try a 7.5 from them...

I did, I have a VTX10 and had some problems with it. No backing from Viper, and another guy I know same thing, with respects to me, Viper support is 0.

dumb question but does the associated protech body p/n 6160 fit only certian cars or does it fit them all? Or is it better off with the viper body?

Just got a Kyosho Viper off ebay. Even came with a red Kyosho duffle bag lol. In the process of getting ready for paint. I stripped it all down already. Thinking of doing a brushless motor and esc.
