Can't post on rctech because I'm temporarily banned for having said that people are becoming clueless and lack critical sense as useless knowledge is becoming way too available (I mean, seriously, does one REALLY need an app to calculate a drive ratio?!?
) and that this leads to doubtful choices when it comes to electing orange-skinned people to critical offices, so I'll say it here:
This is awesome and this SCREAMS Vega!
Congrats, can't wait to see one in the flesh!

I come here for the hobby info - not political views. I would appreciate if others would be respectful of why we have this website.Lonestar wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2019 1:04 pm Can't post on rctech because I'm temporarily banned for having said that people are becoming clueless and lack critical sense as useless knowledge is becoming way too available (I mean, seriously, does one REALLY need an app to calculate a drive ratio?!?) and that this leads to doubtful choices when it comes to electing orange-skinned people to critical offices, so I'll say it here:

congrats on the good results. Obviously, you can wheel a car, so this helps
She does seem to jump a bit nose high, though, doesn't she?

Thanks yes it goes well so far!
Made another a final last Sunday but the diff shims coned out so the geardiff felt like a spool at times!
Yes if your not careful on the throttle it’ll jump a bit nose high but the jump was massive!

Re: Willspeed RF2 B6.1 Conversion kit build
If it has a tendency to jump nose-high, for an otherwise lightweight car with even a front wing mounted, I wonder if the large rear wing could be trimmed down a tad to lessen the downforce back there that might be driving up the nose during "flight"?

Re: Willspeed RF2 B6.1 Conversion kit build
Yes good shout, will have a play with the rear wing and see if i can improve it a little in flight
Tbh I think its more getting used to the throttle input with the weight bias being different from the B6.1
