This will be a working living post that I'd like to keep updating with part numbers that I do not have, if you have a part # not listed or my verbiage is incorrect, please post with the part # and the words listed exactly as the tag says and I'll add it to the list, thank you and enjoy!

That is pretty cool! I was racing the molded chassis and developed that kit. The chassis kit had been out for a while but sales had slowed so we never put it in the catalog and subsequently it was typically not sold to or sent to distributors. The enhancement kit was usually sent out if someone contacted us to ask for set up tips or to RPM racers actively running the molded chassis.

This is pretty cool, care to share any more on the life of the ultra cars?

sadly, my memory of the details is not what it used to be and I didn't document what I did...I started working at RPM shortly after the car kit came out. In the std "worlds" config, the front end had too much droop and tire scrub. It would work ok on loose fluffy tracks but gave up a lot and pushed on the hardpack tracks. I made a new shock tower to angle the shocks in a little more, limited the down travel on the shocks and it worked better but it still needed a little more...by this time, the T was out and we were racing it all over. Some RPM drivers liked it in the "factory" assoc setup (rear arms swept forward, short front steer arms and steering from the RC10). That is when I made the enhancement kit first for the T and the geometry trickled down to the car. The assoc setup had much more and quicker low speed steering but gave up some traction, the RPM set up was easier to drive at race speed, more consistent and had more traction with the arms in line.
It was fun working with Richard, I would come to him with specific ideas or he would go to races with me and see what we were dealing with and he would start machining...sometimes he would make hand machined parts for me to test, (I have previously posted pictures of a few prototypes), other times we would go straight to production and before I knew it, we were molding parts and tools...

I added those to the list before realizing it's for RC10 specific parts only. They're still good to have regardless!
