Yeah, I always thought the Japanese counterpart of the Associated yz10 was the yokomo C4...until I came to this board.

The Japanese spec Dog Fighter has always been one of my fav's. The car just looks trick! The shootout pics were awesome and were a big part of what sucked me in back then. LOL.

I preferred the C4 body over the Protech IV so that’s what went on my last build

So after getting my old Yokomo out of storage and giving it a light dustoff, I though hmmm these cars are fairly rare so maybe I should try and find some parts or a whole 2nd spare car for replacement bits...great idea...as I still really had not...

@rccars4sal, yes, you should be able to directly bolt on your magnesium bulkheads onto a works chassis. The only difference between the 870 and the Works bulkheads is the material - magnesium vs. aluminum, as you state. The aluminum does not oxidize...

Hi been reading and looking at a lot of the posts here in the Yokomo forum, seen a lot of nice cars, a lot of new ideas, a lot of good ideas for restoration and have picked up a heap of tricks you guys have learnt and mastered over the years...

This is my old Yokomo I got back after several years and it now is in rough shape but is now in progress of a rebuild....to a Pavidas replica. This is the only Rough Track kit I have ever seen..If anyone can get a part number for this kit I would...

So I just won this MX-4 Yokomo (always wanted a Yoke!) off ebay and want to restore it while parts are still available. Where are some good places to find parts for this? I'm really looking for wheels and a new body (perhaps to do a replica) and...

well this is my second one i bought. looks like a 94 yoke to me. i have seen some with fiberglass but this has graphite towers and brace. no battery hold downs with it though :cry:

I found in the rear bulkhead this text. Is this normal in all yokomos or something special.

I think this is probably a racer's car at that time......during the transition period from 870c to 91 works....... :)

with the 870c legs & large off-set rims......plus the 91 works shocks, front tower & upper deck........ :)
