Do a search for Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic FRP, Grade G-10.
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

Is this something you've used before? does it have the same look as the chassis's shock mounts I mentioned?

Are you looking for the white fiberglass? If so, what thickness? I'm also looking for these.

Try McMaster Carr, search their website. They have all kinds of FRP and phenolic sheets. http://www.mcmaster.com/
C+M Team Cobra also sells Black fiberglass and graphite sheets all available at Tower.

Be careful with how some dealers use the term Phenolic. You might just end up with certain type of computer/PC board that you will find will be totally useless. Been there done that.

Re: fibreglass sheet for chassis's
McMaster Carr, search "Garolite" and look at "G-10" I just bought a few sheets of it, and it's the stuff you want! It's the same stuff m_vice used on a lot of his outstanding parts.
Re: fibreglass sheet for chassis's
Just been on mcmaster and typed in garolite, 2 questions. 1) do I need to get opaque 2) what colour is the best match ( there are loads, yellow brown, yellow green?)

Re: fibreglass sheet for chassis's
opaque means it's a solid color, and wont let any light shine though, I bought black and off white. the black is very black and the off white is a little greenish. I don't think they have any translucent colors. The stock RC10 shock towers and stuff I believe are a natural finish (no added pigments) and come out a bit on the translucent side. check out this thread that m_vice posted, I'm not sure what color that is on the chassis, but it's G-10 from mcmaster carr.

Buddy of mine works for TAP PLASTICS. Im sure they can find alot of different materials. I know that he can get CF sheets. (thinking about trying to repr some shock towers etc in CF. Not sure I can get the thickness w/o paying an arm and a leg though.

Re: fibreglass sheet for chassis's
Just an FYI guys, you can actually dye the green-tinted G10 type fibreglass sheets using clothing dye (such as Rit brand).
For example items like original RC10 shock towers can be dyed black quite easily

Guys, if you are ordering, can I just hitch hike a piece or two with your order? I've contacted several suppliers and they are not willing to send to Singapore...
So, I hope you can help me on this! Thanks!
