I forgot the cutouts in the chassis sidewalls to let me use the short wheelbase position, but some minor trimming took care of that. Now the wheelbase is a good match for the body. With the wide 7222 front axles installed, so is the front track width.

Hi all,

I have been lucky enough to acquire a Dead Pool RC10 project car that is mostly complete. I want to finish it off with all the right bits to bring it as close as possible to the original car documented to a certain degree at the links below...

well, i've been wondering if anyone would start one. i've seen a few people pondering the idea, but no threads to follow them.

Those look like they're 8th scale wheels. The right wheels would be 1.6 dia rears, and 1.5 or 1.75 fronts. Advance Engineering Part #'s A10-R5S and A10SF5S.

Hard to tell with the odd placement of the ruler. On top of that, I've never actually...

I think I am going to build my NIB ds kit. What body was used for the dead pool car? Bolink maybee?

Looking at the BL2254 body.
Also whats up with the A&E site . Can't seem to find the car for referance.

Just out of curiosity. The pictures of the actual car . Why are there no scratches on it? That car should be pretty beaten on the bottom.

While browsing Car racing and Rally footage, I came accross this nice clip from the DEAD POOL with Clint Eastwood and the famous Corvette RC10 chase.

Love the Electric Gas car.

Hello! I have an old Kyosho Race Car, I'm guessing 1987 but need to confirm. It's been driven only a few times. It has a carrying bag and vhs with it. Any idea if there is a market for something like this? I will double check year and model...
