So are they going to add financing options to the website?

Just found out my phone will auto correct Rc10cc to rc10t.

That wouldn't be a bad option for AE, but it would be a bad option for us.
Consistency is the key I keep misplacing.

It would be just darn right rude if they didn't!
I build RCs like people would have done back in the '90s ..................................... if they had 3D printers.

I was so excited to see this I had to create an account. Purely speculation, but when watching the RC10GT video I noticed the shelf over Curtis’ shoulder has what appears to be a ReRe Team Car, ReRe 10T and then below sits a Worlds car and a body less Stealth car (looks to me a 91). Hopefully it means exactly what I think it does, though I may need to sell a kidney if it does!

 Good catch!! I missed that while watching the video.

That is definitely a Stealth 91 and unless it's one of Curtis' personal projects, why would it be setting there??
Needless to say, that would be EPIC if AE released a production version of the car.

This is great news! So before AE releases something along the lines of a limited edition Masami Winning Machine (which I am really hopeful for like many of you), any suggestions you have for AE product development? Maybe they will take our comments into consideration ;).

If I had an original Stealth car, I would have it in the background of all my pics too.

Much as I respect Masami, I have to wonder what's really going on here. A few years back, he left Yokomo to sign with G-Force. They are not a "racing" brand, so what exactly was he doing there? Maybe they offered a good paycheck and a chance to produce the MX4 Forever if he boosted their sales enough. Now AE signs him at a time when they're re-releasing kits waaaaaayyy too fast for the market to fully absorb them. Maybe his presence will boost sales, but he was hired into the Product Development Advisory Board, wasn't he? What advice can he offer a company that puts quantity over quality, besides advising them to flip that around when they're probably incapable of doing so? Seems like a bit of a nothing role if you ask me. He gets a nice paycheck and they sell a few more kits, and that's about it. If, through this partnership, AE does end up releasing (not a re-re as they never produced it to begin with) the '91 World's chassis, don't be shocked if it retails for $999.99.

I am sure Masami/AE realize they have a great opportunity to recreate the most lusted-after buggy of all time. I am curious to see which direction they take. Do they go "Thunder Tiger" and just make a tribute car, widely available, regular pricing; or do they do a small run of true re-creations and charge a mint. Maybe both.

I'm sure Curtis and company have a vast collection of AE prototypes, extremely rare early production cars etc.
I find it interesting that particular car is seen with a group of recent re-releases. Hopefully, they're at least considering it in light of Masami coming aboard.
When we look back at everything AE has released during the past 12 months, it's clear they aren't afraid to invest in new tooling. I guess we'll need to wait and see.
A Masami Stealth would be the perfect complement to the Halsey RC10.
