On the sunday, there was less people, and most of the guys of the club wanted to try the pancar. This gave me the opportunity to gather reliability data with a quite intensive stress test...

The car ran for about one hour and a half with a few pilot. One of the guys changed the diff settings after playing with the radio settings... And the car got an even better handling with a diff set hard... I suspect that would not be suitable for all the tracks, but here, and within those conditions, it turned perfect. The Kydex chassis flex seems to behave slightly differently as well from the G10 chassis. I will need more testing time at some point... The key thing is that the PETG diff, to my surprise, did not fail. The car is light, and that is certainly contributing, as well as the 100% infill which reduce the risk of distortion due to the temperature, although the diff tooth are small 48dp).

I still have the third one to build, with the 917 chassis, and fortunately, one of the guys built the chassis (again as an experience to gather feedback) : the feedback was positive, and the chassis should be ready for next vintage event...

I procrastinated a lot recently... The publication for the 312 bodyshell accessories is still awaiting I do the instruction manual, and I had to finish the 917K accessories...

I defined the cut line for both arches and the side line. A printed part will do the job...

The way to set it is pretty simple : set first hole using the rear wheel center, then fix the part, then set front hole.

I also reviewed the rear end and front end slightly in order to have a better correspondancy to light positionning with the real car...

The target is to publish both the 312 and 917K accessories over the week-end...

Just published an alternative battery fixation allowing for quick release...
https://makerworld.com/en/models/1466375-battery-quick-release-for-st-1-ef-209-rc-pancar

The principle is simple, it replace the bridge I implemented initially with 2 parts and a reusable cables tie with scratch...

Finalizing the files takes time. I first added all hardware in Fusion360, then made the joints, then organized and then took snapshots...

And all this to make a simple instruction manual... A few hours of work! The 917K should be quicker as there is way less parts...

And finally, the accesories for Sabulatech Ferrari 312 can am bodyshell and ST-1 chassis are on Makerworld :

It's a bit too hot right now to do something else, so I finalized the 917K and published it.

Again same process than for the others was applied...

The accessories for the Delta Plastik Porsche 917K (available at Mantua Models) are now published on Makerworld as well :

The 917K required some colors... I thought about red/white, green purple and blue orange, and that's the last one I chose...

Normally, the 917K should be ready for Belley :)
