Recently I replaced a few antennas for old Futaba radios.
Never throwing out old parts, I stashed the broken antennas.
I also saved several Tamiya connectors with mostly cut wires and the terminal still locked in the connector.
I can get the terminals out but it always a PITA. Never bought a tool specifically designed to do the job.
Then put the two thoughts together.
Found that one of the antenna sections is ideal as a terminal removal tool and it works perfect. And it was free.
I already have several sets of new terminals and the proper crimpers so I'm good to go.

I used to do the same, use K&S tubing to get the pins out.... until I discovered this tool which makes life even easier !

Re: Tamiya connector tool
Funny this topic should come up as I recently bought a computer cable that was wired wrong which got me looking into pin extractors. I never thought of using old pieces of antennas or K&S tubing!
