They did make a pink Stock I have one with Twister decal pocket rocket they made with a different decal also a sing. Series. The one with the Twister was his first as years went by decal changed as well
My previous comment only pertained to your response to Frankentruck since you quoted him. For clarity, the pink Twister stock motor in his photo is not a Pocket Rocket.
Thanks again for all the input everyone. Interesting stuff. Your all's stuff is a lot better than mine! I have a Slot Machine 2 but I don't want to bastardize it to suit my needs. The Street Spec isn't stock of course but should suit my needs nicely. It'll clean up pretty nicely. The label is of no concern. I would normally be dead set against relabeling a motor falsely, but I am making one exception. I briefly considered whatever that green motor is, but the green isn't 90's enough for my plan.

If I were to guess its a 2000 Trinity Green Machine 3 came as a Pro as well.
Spotted this on ebay and thought it is neat. Igarshi motor being sold by Yokomo for their Miniracer RC-12. Would've been really cool if it had a Yokomo label on it.

The RC-12, RC-12Jr & RC-12Jr USA Models had a 280 Mabuchi Motor
Had one or the other. None had a decal.
380 Mabuchi Motor
380 Reedy Modified Motor
This might be a frankenmotor, but it has some interesting features. I haven't opened it up yet because I don't want to damage the endbell cover. I haven't seen an endbell cover like this before. It has grommets around the wires and had a tape wrap to the can. The endbell is a Kyosho style Trinity endbell with slot car brushes. The armature is red coated, so likely a Trinity armature. The can looks to be a Yokomo or Air Supply style. No brand label but possibly some model markings. I'm most curious about the endbell cover though.

Edit: added a little swab of liquid soap to the wires around the grommets and careful worked the dust cover upward.

The GZ480 uses square brushes instead of standup or laydown rectangular brushes. I've seen this on a couple of my Demon motors. Anyone know of a source of these brushes? Or is there a name for them?

Measure them.
Kyosho made some 5mm. I think they were on the Mad Science motors. I have a few sets.
Trinity had the P-94, which I think were 4.9mm. I think I have some used but good ones.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.
They are 4.95mm x 4.95mm. I'm not familiar with the Trinity P94 motor but I see the brushes are available for reasonable prices. If they measure similar, I could make them work. The motor measures 5.02mm in the more easily measured direction.

Hey guys, I picked up a CAM mod motor on eBay last week, just bought it on a whim and because it looked and was listed as new. I’m wondering if any of you can identify it for me. Looks to be a double wind, It says 215 handwritten on a sticker on the can and has 215 on one of the armature coils, a 3 on the other and 2 on the last. The motor is new and has an air supply end bell. I’m guessing at this point it’s a 15 double, but could be way off. It was in an CAM labeled annd and and anddressed pack but no label. Any input would be great, just trying to determine what it is first and possibly when it was made.
