What bumper is this?

This was attached to an XXT roller I purchased, and I don't recognize it. The screw holes sorta line up with the bottom of an A1101 front bulkhead but are off by a mm once there are more than two LOSA6213 screws in place, and etched on the inside is "XXB" and "N-R". My guess is.. XX Bumper, but I'm not sure on N-R. Is this anything fun or special, or a 90s hobbystore generic part? Thanks.

If it was it would be no where near the XX bulkhead size. it probably is a TBone though, just not for the Mini JRX2
