Personalising my gold pan
G'day everyone
I got this 90 model rc10 alittle while ago now. I still havn't driven it yet, but before I do I thought that I would make some changes. I'm a self confessed veedub nut so I had to put a vw body on the rc10.
Since Bugle's RC10 from the last vintage meet here in Sydney was my inspiration to get one, I thought that I would go with a similar paint scheme to match his car. Just need a set of his lovely alloy wheels & it will look sweet.
Some of u may be cringing that I shortened the chassis on what was/is such a mint car, but it's a keeper as I have always wanted an rc10 so I thought I may as well make it look the way I want.
Comments most welcome.
regards
Jak

Re: Personalising my gold pan
Had my first run with the rc10 on the weekend. Received some custom Bling wheels from Bugle during the week & they look fantastic! The meet was washed out at lunch & my car stopped halfway through the first heat. The motor smelt hot (new sport tuned) & after it cooled down it ran again. i was anuable to get bearings for the rear axles & gearbox so maybe thats what was making it run slow & put so much drain on the battery? in the second heat I changed the pinion gear but it was still running slow Then broke a steering arm so it was all over. Bugle locked up his diff after leading most of the second heat so we didnt' get to have a good run together. Maybe next time.
Enjoy the pics
