My guess is Hong Kong which is fine, but makes it hard to track down. Sorry for the blur. I should have changed a setting on the camera. Any help? thanks

Got this in a lot a while back. I'm trying to find the specs on it, but can't find it anywhere. My guess is Hong Kong which is fine, but makes it hard to track down. Sorry for the blur. I should have changed a setting on the camera. Any help? thanks
