To use or not to use...
My wife tossed the header tag a few years ago...

I want to build a nice s.s. runner with it.

I don't remember it being tagged for a scorpion...
Guess I need to see if it will fit my Scorpion and or a ss chassis.

Just checked and the holes for the front kickup plates line up to mount it on a ss bottom plate.

I have that same kit and it does fit a Tamiya SRB chassis. I fitted mine to a hopped up scorpion chassis I was experimenting with. The thing I don't like is that the caster of the knuckle changes throught the travel of the suspension.

I'm the proud new owner of a LX-T. I bought it knowing the front bulkhead was busted, but once I tore it down I noticed it needed new front arms as well. Anyone know where I can find replacements or at least something that will work? I read posts...

I have a rc12 with a dynamic front end. I cant seem to find any pictures or info on this setup.
I picked up a new body and the wheel base is longer, just wondering if its installed correctly.

Didn't the 12LC have in line axles? Your car has 12LC wheels.

Are the DF02 steering knuckles the same as TA02? Just wanna know if I can get a replacement.

Also, has tamiya got any 'hard' version suspension arm or steering knuckles/c-hub hop up for DF02?

Hi all,

I got my Eagle put back together this evening and didn't even get one pack through it before I broke the front suspension arm. The original part was 1931, but I can't seem to find any. Will the 3631 from the Stampede and Rustler work?...

Glad it's an improvement!
Would Associated or Losi springs fit those shocks? If so you might be able to use truck frotn springs on the rear to soften it up a bit.
Normal buggy front springs might reduce the ride height a little to prevent binding,...

Does anybody know why these 2 separate frontends would have the upper inside link mounts made 2 different ways? Maybe it’s a manufacturer mistake? I have a few of these cars and I see them all different. Either the hole is on the top or the side or...

Yeah it’s just strange that their all not drilled out the same. I’ll have to carefully drill them out.
