I purchased one when they first came out. It was a ford lightning kit. I left the body clear and bought this celica body set. I added aluminum shocks, front/rear sway bars, carbon fiber drive shaft and a special gear set with full bearings. I need to get rid of the msc. Great entry level car at that time i thought.

Yes it is a supra. The light buckets did come with it along with a light set. It was the blitz supra body set.

Isn't this the same chassis and transmission that was used for the baja king and baja champ also?

also sold by many other brands: guess tamiya gave out licenses.
It does make me wonder how wide the gear ratio range is when I see tires on it double the sizes of the original design.

A local ad led me to check out an RC Car for sale.. I had NO IDEA what it is... Now I know it is a near-mint TL01. Fellow had an Orion rebuildable stock motor in it..a Futaba radio, receiver and servo. 2 bodies, one new/painted and one used..and a box of paint. Has quite a few upgrades from what I can tell. Includes NEW Losi Tires on chrome 5-stars.
