BORMAC's new Fast Attack Vehicle project

Post by Bormac »

A few years back i was blessed whilst trawling through ebays vintage section when I came across a MINT condition FAV. At $250usd I was stoked to finaly have a flawless example.
Unfortunately I needed some money in a hurry a while back and it was sold off and ive regreted it ever since. Then the other day an r/c shop owner told me he had an old FAV and after agreeing on a price i walked out with this....thing. The paint scheme was shocking as can be seen by the pics but after stripping the car down and hitting all the parts with oven cleaner i was shocked to find a very nice car underneath. Alll the paint is now gone and i will start the rebuild shortly. here's how i found it-
