Can be done but you would need a mould making with the kickup in it, a mould costs into the region of £250 then the cost of laying up the carbon fibre fabric onto the mould, so i basic sheet would be in the region of £70-£80 plus the one off cost for the mould.

They are awesome but don't come cheap.

I was hoping the mould for a simple kickup would be a lot cheaper than the tubdesign, byt hey I understand: all about how many you create right.

Thanks for the reply, but I guess I won't go that far and will just keep an eye out for something usable fromm a shelf.
