ya, it's seems pretty solid, but at the same time, it does flex a little bit. i think when i comes time to actually build a car using this nose plate, i'm gonna ad 2 holes in the tub for the rear holes on the nose brace tube. when i do the worlds conversion front ends, i use 10t/gt nose brace tubes and they have to be shortened and new holes be drilled and tapped because of moving the nose plate back. normally, i'd cut off the excess. but i didn't do it to the ones in the above pic, so i'll probably just use those.
when i push up on the nose plate, you can see the nose brace tubes pivot (barely) at the screw on the chassis tub. adding a screw behind that one on both sides will help stiffen it up.
