I think a gold coating wouldn't go amiss...otherwise looking really flash.

Haha, if this was going to be a shelf queen then absolutely however since i'm going to run it, it would be a waste so I'll do some coating to them cheers for having an opinion on it thoughCoelacanth wrote:Those wheels are just begging for some elbow-grease...here's my vote to go through the effort to polish them. I know it'll be a pain with those spokes, but I'd do it if it were me.

Maybe this could be the wheel colour and if the body is going to be Red & Black then it should look ok great idea cheers andy....naushad wrote:I think a gold coating wouldn't go amiss...otherwise looking really flash.

5 pages of random info on this model: http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=3414
You might want to read through it before giving it a run: I vaguely remember there was an issue with one of the components for the engine... glow plug perhaps

Thanks, yeah I had come across that thread I'm going to be using a different engine though as I want 1 with a side port, the engine that it came with has a rear port so the manifold hits the ground cheers for the tip offMr. ED wrote:5 pages of random info on this model: http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=3414

love the old all metal car's, real nice job you have done andy. slow and steady wins the race hey! did a landjump 4d 6 months ago, lots of polishing but well worth the final result.
Re: The Hobby Proucts "Texas Wild Baja" customization
Cheers Mate I'm glad you like the build, I'm I the middle of building a 110sq mtr deck at the moment, so slow and steady it has to beGJW wrote:love the old all metal car's, real nice job you have done andy. slow and steady wins the race hey! did a landjump 4d 6 months ago, lots of polishing but well worth the final result.

Look forward to seeing this finished! Great job so far!
Do, or do not! There is no 'try'!
