4 x Airtronics 94732 servos. I knew Airtronics servos and radios as the top of the line back in the 90's, so I prefer to use Airtronics servos in my builds. I got a great buy on these and am happy to have them. 94732 servo was used in the RC10T manual.

Got these Uber rare Lunsford XX front titanium axles. I didn't even know these were made until a year or two ago. Very happy to have them. There's been a used set on evil bay for awhile, but I was determined to wait for NIP.

My latest plundering of the treasures of the UK arrived. Many thanks to my import/export specialist.
An MG Exterminator that's nicer than my first Exterminator, a Team Tanaplan that's also nicer than my first, and a Reedy Euro Sonic that is my first Reedy Euro Sonic! There's no model letter on it, but it's definitely a welcome addition to my Reedy collection.

While not perfect (slight white outline around the red), the MCI decal for these are pretty good.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.

Thanks jc. I planned ahead a while back and ordered all the MCI Mega motor decals, which at the time I had all but one collected.juicedcoupe wrote: ↑Wed Jun 11, 2025 5:23 pm While not perfect (slight white outline around the red), the MCI decal for these are pretty good.

I don't have the 16t or the reverse Outlaw Stock (not looking), but I have two two 22T's, and three 360's ( 2 standard, 1 reverse).
I'll stumble across a moderately cheap 16t eventually but I'm not actively looking.
My LeMans collection is even smaller, with a 240S, 360ST, and two 34° Super Stocks. I also have a couple of the LeMans 05 Stocks (similar to a old style Mabuchi).
I only have one Mad Science motor, being a NIP Endoplasma.
I bought it several years ago, with the intention on running it, even bought a few sets of spare 5mm brushes. But ultimately, I can't bring myself to break the seal. It's not like I have a shortage of motors.

Has anyone else ever noticed that 12T motors seem to outnumber other modifieds by a large margin?
I mean, a 12T was the first mod that I ever bought. That was because it was the lowest rated motor for my esc. I know, dumb.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Around the time 1700mah batteries came out and allowed infinite power for 5mins, just about all the pros running mod 2wd buggy were using a 12T motor all the way until brushless/lipo took over. Peak Marauder 12x4 was my first 12T motor and put it in an rc10. Back then after trying it in the drive way, my first thoughts were "How in the hell do I control this thing!" All I had known prior was the power of 27T stockers.juicedcoupe wrote: ↑Wed Jun 11, 2025 8:51 pmHas anyone else ever noticed that 12T motors seem to outnumber other modifieds by a large margin?

Been chasing one of these turds for a while, it's nothing special just a Parma lexan body on a Rockbuster, but ever since seeing it in the Tower catalog I've loved the look.

The Panda Cyclone is my top favorite of that chassis, and it's a real looker too. The oddball gearbox and better front end make it harder to find. But I have a Cyclone (not nib) already.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I'm quite fond of the XL2P as it was my first pistol grip radio. I tend to browse ebay for new ones I'm fortunate to have one that is absolutely mint. The seller of this one was trying to sell it as new for like $285 for about 6 weeks... until a bunch of people likely told them it was missing half the contents and clearly wasn't new. It was still a pretty example and I took a chance at a much lower price and got burned. Imagine if someone bought this for $285 as new. Are you telling me the seller just pretended not to check the battery compartment? Maybe it was because it was frozen, could barely get 'em out. But hey, check the battery expiration on these suckers, vintage 90's!
