both pics have tha same wheels
HPI 3032 Super Star 2.2" Wheels
HPI 4590 Racing Slick M Tire
I used Tamiya (i think) plastic wheel hexes to space out the rear wheels, and a thin plastic HPI wheel spacer in the front ... with this setup the width is about the same :
Front 236mm
Rear 234mm
