markt311's "what I've been working on" garage

Post by markt311 »

I've been working on a few new cars lately. Since I decided I can't make the race in CT I would get an 8th scale electric.

I picked up a Losi 2.0E for a good price, It needed a lot of work to say the least. Stripped screws everywhere, broken/ almost broken parts. Good thing it came with a parts car!! Sorry it's a little dusty, I've been doing a lot of testing to get it just right. Good thing I have a nice practice track 10 minutes from my house.

I have my Pro-SE just about ready to go, just need to install electronics. This was going to be my VONATS car for this year. I think I'm going to run a 13.5, the local class around here is 10.5. But I've found that Me + too much motor= bad stuff on the track!.

The short course truck is a Losi MF2 with a Calandra Racing SC conversion kit, it's a very well made kit and I like the carbon fiber! It's one of the smoothest SC trucks I've driven, it out-turns an sc10 and accelerates faster than the blitz
