New Built RC10LSO
i grabbed this off ebay. it's incorrectly new built, never used. i really only wanted it for the brand spankin' new novak hammer pro esc, which i wanted for my B1.5 buggy build. i would've paid the ending price on the auction just for the esc, but you can't beat getting a new car with it.
it needs a good cleaning, be torn down and rebuilt correctly, and some rusty hardware replaced. it'll be nice once it's back together.

Re: New Built RC10LSO
i spent yesterday tearing this down, cleaning the parts, and rebuilding it........replacing rusted hardware along the way. i still have to clean up the steering ballcups, servo saver, and tie rods. i also replaced the gold shock body with a coated shock body just because i think it looks better.
the tires are absolutely shot. so i'll either buy a new set down the road, or just get some donuts and mount them to the original wheels.

Re: New Built RC10LSO
nope, no aftermarket stuff on this one. i want to eventually have a nice fleet of new built ae 1/10 pancars. i hope to find new unopened kits, or new built cars that just need to be cleaned up, but come with the original boxes and paperwork. i don't have many of them yet, but all in good time. i do have a new built, never run rc10l3 oval though that just needs to be cleaned.THUNDERSTRIKE1 wrote:What the heck!!! Re: New Built RC10LSO
Hey scr8p nice find. Can't wait too see what you do with it. I was wondering if you or someone else could save me some time and aggravation. I have looked around but can't find the answer to my question. I have an rc10ls as well and want to buy a new servo saver and turnbuckles with new ends and the mounting balls that go on the steering arms. Sorry I don't really know my technical terms here. I want something easy to adjust and pretty decent. Don't wanna break the bank either. Any advice would be appreciated

Re: New Built RC10LSO
you could go with these turnbuckles and cut them to the length you need.

servo saver

ball studs and cup. short ones should work on the servo saver, but you might want the long ones on hthe knuckle.
