Are you having any trouble seeing any other images? I have satellite Internet and if weather is bad I sometimes have trouble with certain images. Considering Korea has some of the fastest Internet on the planet I doubt that's the case. Maybe try a google search of imageshack display issues.

Imageshack has recently put restrictions on using their service now so it could have to do with that.
