What's the single greatest RC10 build of all time?
So I'm watching 300 because my wife made me watch The Blindside with her earlier(and I'm trying to shake off the emotions)and for some reason I begin to think of all the builds, conversions and accessories that have crossed my eyes over the years. I'd really like to see the "Experts" of this forum chime in on this one.
I'm just wondering what the rarest of the rare, baddest of the bad-ass and over the top RC10 looks like. Please anyone with an opinion speak up...back story and pictures please!

If you're going to look for the 'best' and 'rarist' that there is, then I don't think it would be a stock model. Simply because there are many of these in peoples collections. I think it's very subjective too, but IMHO I think it will be a choice between those that stay true to the essence of the RC10 (I'll someone else start that argument as a completely seperate thread! ) but make it better somehow. This may be in regards to its looks, or functionality and handling.
As I'm just starting my first rebuild, with the intention of producing a racing runner, I imagine that I will think mine is the best once its completed!

Do, or do not! There is no 'try'!
RC; Boats, Buggies, Trucks, Bash's, Racing and of course 'VINTAGE'!

Seems like you'd have to look at Siebenelch's original old/new build.... from what' I've seen it inspired a whole new direction within this community.

I know stumbling across that on a google search was what got me interested again...

The prototype RC10. If it wasn't for that car there would be no RC10's. I have seen alot of great biulds over the years on this site from "what old is new" to great resto's but the prototype has to be the rarest as far as RC10's go.

Re: What's the single greatest RC10 build of all time?
For me it’s like naming your favorite song or movie, near impossible because it depends on your mood on that particular day. Not to mention I’ll never claim to have seen all the cars in this(or any other)forum. There may be a total cream dream out there that I’ve never seen before. I just know they all look better than any of mine…
On most days it would be one of these 2 for me personally.
Mikedealer’s Tuber

Wow, I like the tuber and the black/gold. This may sound cheesy even amongst other fans of little toy cars but what about a top 12 RC10 builds and someone could do a calendar with pictures of each? The price could include a donation to rc10talk!
