good too know. I was digging through my stuff and have i believe three delrin diff gears one stock I think 4 idlers and two or three top gears.

also as a side not I was at a hobbytown over the weekend and they had the mip ball diff there so I went to grab one and it rang up half price as they seem to have been discontinued so I picked up all three that they had. it may be worth a trip to the hobby store to see. I have always liked mip stuff and reading a few other reports that this diff seems pretty good so we will see.

IT'S ALMOST DONE. after some interesting problem solving I actually got the rolling chassis done last night and mounted the radio gear and wheels and tires!!. ran it up and down the alley behind the house a little this morning just as a little shakedown. need to work on oil and spring rates and some alignment of the front end. plus paint the body. should have a test run on the track tomorrow. I have a fair amount of pics of the build will get them uploaded after the test run at the track.

its alive. I have run several packs through it and while there are some issues to work out I feel that this project was a success. I am showing the album of the pictures I have of it so far

here we go. a pic of the final chassis. I cant complain about the handling of it as I dont have a lot of wheel time with it yet but things are promising. main issue with it now is eating the idler gear between the pinion and spur. had the aluminum in there first and it was gone in only about 20 minutes of run time will replace it with the steel but am afraid of chewing pinions and spurs that way but I will install it and find out.
