Re: Tax Return Hell :(
i'm sure ours will be spent responsibly. there's nothing r/c related on the list.
there's quite a few house related items on it though. 3 new exterior doors, 5 new windows on my side porch. i'd also really like to get the laundry room studded out and install a toilet in there too.
the only questionable thing would be some suspension goodies and a disc brake setup for my 55 chevy. responsible to me, not so much to the wife.

Re: Tax Return Hell :(
That sucks,
I better hold on to my taxes, The company i work for just cut all overtime for the hourly employees (world wide), It does not effect me but they are "speculating" a drop in sales so you never know what will be next. I have been laid off in the not to distant past.

X2... ten years of owing. BUT I am not giving out interest-free loans so why overpay on my estimated tax payments? Can I get an amen?Charlie don't surf wrote:I'm not kidding, I have had to pay every year since starting self employment.
The preceding contained opinions, beliefs and thoughts that all may not agree with. No offense was intended at any point. Carry on.

Re: Tax Return Hell :(
I run my financial life high and tight except for one area. Taxes. My wife and I are both set for maximum outage. Helps the government get along and gives us a HUGE return! Better than Christmas 'round here. I usually do ours around the end of February. I love seeing that ridiculous number pop up at the end of it all. We did major home improvements after the lightning strike this year(because insurance was paying for their fair share). Now I get to pay all that off and a few other bills. Knock at least a full year off retirement. I love tax time!
