What is wrong with this picture?
So I opened a sealed package of a3005 transmission parts to find this. I do mean sealed, I had to cut the bag open. My luck is terrible. If only I could go back in time and find who packaged these.

Oh, I will give a hint. There is more than one problem with these parts.

Re: What is wrong with this picture?
Two male diff halves is definitely a problem. The triangular shape of the ID of the diff gear doesn't look right either.
EDIT: We both apparently saw those at the same time.

2nd is the first loser
lol
I was trying to think if the triangular center may have been right but I am 95% certain they were either small or large round holes depending on if it was a std or pro diff.

Re: What is wrong with this picture?
Yep you got it right. All I noticed at first was the two male diff halves.
Then I was like WTF, the center diff gear has a triangle shape. Not sure how easy that would be to drill out correctly and be centered properly. I sure as heck thought they would be molded with a circle and not require machine work at the factory.
