Restoed T2 - Where have I found the time?

Post by mrlexan »

Ok, David's post after post after post has inspired me to finish a couple of projects (don't tell the wife it was you guys versus her yelling at me to clean off her desk). All this and have been home 5 days for the past 14 traveling with work. Anyways, it is a restoed T2... the only thing that doesn't sit with me well are the rear suspension mounts, they are used (anyone know the PN?.... I couldn't find it). I have a NIP body and decal set both in storage and will likely leave them there, as painting the in apartment is a bit out of the question. Box art for me.

More coming this weekend, at least two, maybe more.... just a few more things to do and fini! Comments welcome. Thanks gents and gal!

Jay

7363 are the rear arm mounts for the T2...I might just be able to scare up a NOS black pair. I really, really need a set of them in white (only used on the 7035 Team Truck)....

Nice truck and the very last aluminium tub. My only regret is that I will most probably never make another marathon week like I did. Is this really what you need to build your rigs? Ok, I'll dismantle all my rigs and reassemble them in new threads from now  Cheers Jay and good luck for that darn body :)

Nice ride Jay. Fabulous work.
He's an idiot. Comes from upbringing. His parents are probably idiots too.
